GTM Research Reserve hosts Estuary Fest each year celebrating National Estuaries Week. Featuring vendors, local artists, live music, and a variety of food options via food trucks and restaurant vendors, Estuary Fest offers a fun day for folks of every age. 

Volunteer Role

We are looking for a couple of volunteers to assist with Matanzas Riverkeeper tabling setup, community engagement, and/or tabling break down. There are two shifts for this event: 8 AM - 12 PM and 12 PM - 4 PM.

Community Outreach Event Tabling Volunteers are ambassadors for Matanzas Riverkeeper, actively contributing to the organization's mission of environmental stewardship and community involvement. Volunteers play a pivotal role in representing Matanzas Riverkeeper at various outreach events, engaging with the community, and promoting environmental awareness. This volunteer is responsible for effectively communicating Matanzas Riverkeeper's mission, initiatives, and fostering a connection with diverse audiences.
